I am struggling with how we see the role of the church today. I am a deacon, a teacher, and a lay-leader in a SBC church in Greenville, SC. Too many people see church as an event. Also, too few want to grow in the knowledge of God. Keep up the good work in Tryon. From my visit to that part of NC, Grace Foothills is the right type or style of church for that area.
